Lead Product Manager, Digital Assets

Location: US / Remote; regular travel within the US and occasional international travel to Europe, the Middle East, and other markets.

Target annual compensation in the US: $120,000–$180,000.

What you will do

• Lead client and prospect discovery with support from solutions consultants.
• Build a practitioner panel across banks, VASPs, and regulators for structured interviews.
• Translate customer and consultant findings into prioritized product and feature decisions.
• Present products and services in demos, workshops, and tender presentations.
• Join key client visits and business development meetings, primarily in the US.
• Own roadmap discussions with the CEO, Business Development, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of B2B product management experience, ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance software, or a regulated financial institution.
• Experience with financial crime, AML, transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, risk, or surveillance products.
• Experience leading complete product cycles from discovery through launch in regulated or enterprise environments.
• Native or fully proficient English and professional presentation skills for senior compliance, risk, and regulatory audiences.
• Experience establishing prioritization frameworks and converting customer input into shipped features.
• Technical fluency sufficient to challenge engineering decisions and direct discovery through consultants.

Nice to have

• Product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform.
• Familiarity with FATF, the Travel Rule, sanctions, or MiCA-type digital asset requirements.
• Knowledge of US, UK, or EU digital asset regulation.
• Experience working with regulators or on regulatory tenders.
