Cloud Architect (Customer Success Manager) with German - T-Cloud public (m/f/d) (Cloud Architecture/Customer Success): Designing and governing cloud technologies while managing customer success for a public cloud platform with an accent on cloud strategy, customer adoption, service delivery, and business development. Focus on optimizing cloud usage, preventing churn, translating customer requirements into platform improvements, and supporting a secure, stable, and innovative OpenStack-based cloud service.
Location: Košice, Slovakia; hybrid work, with remote work available only within Slovakia
Salary: Base salary from €2,200 gross per month, negotiable based on seniority and experience, plus a variable component and other financial benefits.
Company
develops and operates T-Cloud public, an OpenStack-based public cloud product built with DevSecOps principles and European security and data protection standards.
What you will do
- Design, implement, and govern cloud technologies while serving as the senior technical expert for T-Cloud public.
- Manage customer success activities, service provision, and internal contract results for assigned customers.
- Advise customers on initial cloud adoption and ongoing optimization, including consumption growth and upselling.
- Analyze and manage customer relationships to prevent churn and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Transfer customer requirements into the platform's impediment and demand processes.
- Participate in vertical squads, planning and forecasting, and the ongoing development of cloud support and customer success management.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or comparable education.
- Strong experience in cloud and IT architecture, technology strategy, sales, and business development.
- Strong knowledge of AI, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud ecosystems, and standardized platform-based service delivery.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google, Rackspace, and hybrid cloud platform development.
- Strong communication, presentation, teamwork, adaptability, resilience, and independent working skills.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English at C1 level; willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

- OTC Architect certification.
- DevOps Foundation certification.
