Solution Manager - Architect (with Avaloq Experience)

What you will do

• Design and architect end-to-end banking solutions using the hirify.global platform.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Lead solution implementation projects from design through deployment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals on solution roadmaps.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, solution reviews, and optimization recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder communications and support pre-sales activities with technical expertise.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience implementing and configuring the hirify.global platform.
• Proven expertise in banking and financial services solution architecture.
• Experience with system integration, APIs, data management, and complex solution implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior architects.
• Background in change management and organizational transformation.
• Experience with multiple banking system implementations and migrations.
