Location: 100% remote, based in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, or the United Kingdom

What you will do

• Evaluate and arrange model train lots submitted by users.
• Create compelling weekly auction selections using specialist expertise and a professional network.
• Review titles, descriptions, and images and provide accurate estimated values.
• Ensure transparent and fair transactions through consistent expert evaluation.
• Communicate rejections diplomatically and maintain strong seller relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to attract sellers and increase bidder engagement.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of model trains.
• Strong commercial acumen and documented commercial experience.
• Knowledge of trade and value in the collectibles market.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle user disputes diplomatically.
• A network of potential sellers and experts in the field.
• Good computer skills, confidence with digital tools, and good command of English.
