Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Fully remote, with the freedom to work from anywhere. Part-time commitment of 10–20 hours per week.

Compensation: Equity-based consulting agreement.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain responsive user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks, including React.
• Develop robust backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Translate product and design concepts into end-to-end features.
• Develop PostgreSQL data models and queries.
• Manage AWS infrastructure and optionally use Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Optimize data-processing workflows with Pandas and PySpark while contributing to system architecture and technical decisions.

Requirements

• 1–5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong JavaScript and React experience building interactive web applications.
• Strong Python experience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
• Working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, and experience working effectively in a remote setting across time zones.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Terraform.
• Experience with Pandas and PySpark.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Startup or small, high-impact engineering team experience.
• Open-source contributions or personal technology projects.
