Director, Clinical Operations Analytics & Performance Excellence (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: $190,000–$237,000 USD annually, with potential bonus, stock, benefits, and other variable compensation.

hirify.global is a biopharmaceutical oncology company developing investigational therapies and conducting global Phase 3 clinical studies in non-small cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer.

What you will do

• Lead the Clinical Operations analytics roadmap, including AI, automation, predictive analytics, performance measurement, and advanced reporting.
• Build standardized KPIs, portfolio health metrics, operational scorecards, dashboards, and executive reporting for studies, sites, countries, vendors, and functions.
• Translate operational data into recommendations that improve study execution, portfolio predictability, resource planning, site performance, inspection readiness, and risk-based decision-making.
• Own Clinical Operations data governance, data definitions, quality controls, and operational data standards across CTMS, SSU, eTMF, imaging platforms, and related systems.
• Serve as the Clinical Operations subject matter expert and business owner for Veeva Vault Clinical, supporting CTMS, SSU, Site Engagement, workflow adoption, integrations, and governance.
• Lead process excellence, change management, training, continuous improvement, and development of a high-performing analytics and business analysis team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, Clinical Systems, Clinical Analytics, RBM, or related functions.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of clinical trial execution, operational metrics, Clinical Operations technology platforms, and reporting.
• Experience building executive dashboards and performance management frameworks, with knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and inspection readiness.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as MS, MPH, MBA, PharmD, or equivalent.
• Experience leading Clinical Operations analytics organizations.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Smartsheet, or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics, predictive modeling, operational intelligence, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent process excellence methodologies.
