Assistant Director, Data & Supply Chain Analytics

Salary: $125,189–$161,737 per year

What you will do

• Own the Supply Chain Data Visibility Platform across design, build, validation, deployment, adoption, and ongoing evolution.
• Lead the Commercial Supply Chain KPI framework, including definitions, business rules, thresholds, ownership, traceability, and governance.
• Translate supply-chain and manufacturing priorities into analytics roadmaps, data products, dashboards, and self-service capabilities.
• Provide decision support for S&OP, supply reviews, CMO reviews, manufacturing strategy, and network decisions, including scenario and what-if analyses.
• Partner with IT, data owners, external delivery teams, and business stakeholders on requirements, modeling, testing, training, change management, and adoption.
• Establish data-quality, reconciliation, service, documentation, and governance standards across clinical and commercial manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business analytics, information systems, data science, or a related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a master’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of supply-chain planning and operations, including demand and supply planning, inventory, fulfillment, manufacturing, supplier and CMO performance, and S&OP.
• Experience translating complex business processes and data into governed KPIs, analytical products, dashboards, and decision support.
• Experience leading cross-functional analytics, data, systems, or digital-transformation initiatives through requirements, design, validation, deployment, and adoption.
• Strong understanding of data governance, master data, data quality, reconciliation, lineage, and ownership practices.
• Ability to structure complex problems independently, influence business and technical stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life-sciences manufacturing, or another regulated supply-chain environment.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Databricks, or comparable enterprise planning, ERP, data-platform, and analytics technologies.
• Experience working with external manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers, and technical delivery partners.
