Project Manager (m/f/d) Poland (Defence)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; preferred residence in the Gdansk or Warsaw regions. The role includes onsite activities at varying sites in Poland and travel within Poland and Europe.

What you will do

• Manage a project integrated centrally by the lead system integrator in Europe.
• Coordinate service engineers, technicians, logistics processes, local suppliers, and project milestones.
• Support onsite setting to work and testing of RF-related systems and software-based control and management systems.
• Coordinate system training, inspections, documentation, quality checks, and handover to end users.
• Support global and local integration activities, including technical documentation and commercial coordination.
• Report project progress to the Program Manager in Europe.

Requirements

• Academic degree in electrical engineering, communications technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Several years of experience as a system engineer, development engineer, or technical product manager in complex projects.
• Knowledge of project management methods and tools.
• Fluent Polish and English, spoken and written.
• Analytical, structured, proactive, team-oriented, and confident working style with negotiation and communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within Poland and Europe.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Military career experience.
• Domain knowledge of RF-based systems.
