Paid Media Manager

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and implement digital campaigns across paid channels, primarily TikTok and Meta.
• Activate campaigns, analyse results, and optimise performance against KPIs.
• Apply a test-and-learn approach to improve campaign outcomes.
• Build relationships across departments and with clients.
• Present findings and report on campaign performance to clients.
• Monitor channel updates and recommend data-led campaign changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital paid media roles involving TikTok, Meta, or YouTube.
• Deep understanding of paid social advertising and a proven record of improving campaign performance through data analysis.
• Experience managing paid media budgets of $500k or more.
• High proficiency in Excel, strong numeracy, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make and justify decisions that improve client performance.
• Comfort working with clients and teams across multiple countries and time zones.
