Senior Product Manager, Cloudflare Workers

What you will do

• Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Wrangler CLI and the broader hirify.global Workers developer tooling ecosystem.
• Lead initiatives from ideation through launch and deliver ongoing improvements based on developer feedback.
• Talk directly with developers and customers to understand workflows, challenges, and tooling needs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, framework authors, and open-source maintainers to improve compatibility and ease of use.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Sales, and Customer Support.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences, community events, customer meetings, and developer-focused initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an engineering manager, product manager, or founder, with a record of leading teams to ship products and deliver impact.
• Deep empathy for developers and understanding of their workflows, pain points, and adoption of tools and platforms.
• Hands-on ability to write code and use AI and online resources to learn quickly.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to translate between engineering domains.
• Strong attention to design details, polish, and product usability.
• Ability to present externally and build trust with developer communities.
