Solution Architect (SaaS)

What you will do

• Engage with customer technical decision-makers and influencers to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Run data workshops and create implementation plans aligned with business goals and technical environments.
• Drive pilots, proofs of concept, value optimization, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and campaign deployment.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve architecture blockers through configuration changes, sample coding, and collaboration with product, support, and engineering teams.
• Apply solution best practices to guide customer strategy and future growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in complex technical deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, or support of highly distributed applications.
• Experience building technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or strategic accounts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and virtual-team coordination skills.
• Technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture design, migrations, and technology management.
• Strong communication skills in English and French. Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, REST, XML, databases, SaaS, marketing, mobile applications, APIs, or programming.
