Project Manager (MEP)

Location: Onsite in Eemshaven, Groningen, Netherlands. A work permit for Belgium is required.

What you will do

• Act as the owner representative and primary project contact for architects, engineers, general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors during preconstruction.
• Create and maintain the master project budget, including hard and soft costs, bonds, insurance, contingencies, and allowances.
• Support contractor prequalification, bid solicitation, bid analysis, recommendations, and procurement of owner-direct vendors and consultants.
• Manage the general contractor and directly contracted vendors on site during construction.
• Manage project costs and change control.
• Lead close-out, handover, fit-up, and commissioning activities, including documentation, warranties, as-built records, and O&M manuals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a project manager on construction sites.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Experience with infrastructure or other complex projects.
• Good knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with relevant certifications and qualifications.
• English-speaking and quickly available; a work permit for Belgium is required.

• Knowledge of Dutch.
