Product Project Management Intern (FMCG)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid with an average of 3 days per week in the Amsterdam office. You must live in the Netherlands and be enrolled in a school throughout the internship.

Internship allowance: €550 per month for a full-time internship.

What you will do

• Support cross-functional FMCG projects covering product innovation, product renovation, product roll-outs, and operational changes.
• Improve ClickUp templates and build dashboards for project governance and tracking.
• Maintain the global product catalogue and develop a proposal to transition from Excel to BI.
• Execute smaller projects independently and support project teams with project management activities.
• Help roll out project management training globally.
• Build the Product team's SharePoint homepage and help shape the Product Academy.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business, Communication, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Must live in the Netherlands and remain enrolled in a school for the duration of the internship.
• Available for a full-time, six-month internship starting 1 February 2027.
• Willingness to work in person at the Amsterdam office an average of three days per week.
• Alignment with Tony's values and mission to fight exploitation in cocoa.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with project management or project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Trello.
