Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from Spain

The company develops AI-driven solutions that help banks and fintech companies detect financial crime, including money laundering, fraud, sanctions violations, and terrorist financing.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of AI implementation projects for global customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning, timelines, execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data Science, and FCE.
• Oversee customer data pipeline integration and AI/ML model configuration.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical AI-driven solutions.
• Present milestones, results, and success metrics, and support knowledge transfer and customer enablement after implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project delivery, data engineering, or software implementation.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with working knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
• Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written, are required.
• Experience delivering customer-facing technical projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with financial crime and compliance domains such as AML, fraud, sanctions, or KYC is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with Big Data or Apache Spark.
• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Professional working proficiency in French.
