Engineering Manager, Partnerships (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead a team of six full-stack engineers working on two partnership integrations.
• Set goals, define tasks, manage timelines, and execute the engineering roadmap.
• Work closely with Product and Design on partner-facing features.
• Represent Engineering in direct interactions with clients and partners.
• Oversee end-to-end product delivery across UX, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Participate actively in hiring for the team and the wider organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience across frontend and backend development.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of at least four engineers.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React and 2+ years with Node.js.
• Experience with continuous delivery and automated testing.
• Deep understanding of production systems, web product architecture, REST APIs, and backend-focused development.
• Strong product judgment, UX/UI attention to detail, independence, and proactive collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS infrastructure.
