What you will do

• Define and execute the company-wide Information Systems roadmap, manage the existing team, and prioritize system requests.
• Lead the evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications including NetSuite, Salesforce, DealHub, CaptivateIQ, ZIP, Gong, and Monday.
• Own Workato integrations, system data flows, monitoring, recovery paths, and integration standards.
• Build a governed data platform combining product usage and business-system data, with automated reporting for ARR, margin, and product adoption.
• Drive workflow automation and practical AI-agent adoption across Finance and other business functions.
• Establish governance, access controls, audit readiness, vendor management, licensing oversight, and technology budgets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Information Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Business Systems, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience managing distributed teams and systems across multiple business functions.
• Hands-on knowledge of system integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and platforms such as Workato.
• Experience delivering a full ERP, CPQ, or quote-to-cash implementation and managing technology roadmaps and vendors.
• Experience building data platforms or reporting layers with shared metric definitions, and applying AI tools and agents to business processes.
• Experience with internal controls and audit readiness, such as SOX, in a multi-entity, multi-currency company.

Nice to have

• Experience taking DealHub live across quote creation, Salesforce, NetSuite invoicing, and CaptivateIQ commissions.
