TL;DR
Software Team Lead (Golang/C#/Python/Cybersecurity): Leading the technical direction and hands-on development of secure cybersecurity solutions with an accent on scalable coding, team growth, and architectural decisions. Focus on writing production code, recruiting and mentoring engineers, enforcing code quality, and collaborating with product managers and security researchers.

Location: Ramat Gan, Israel

What you will do

  • Guide the design, development, and maintenance of cybersecurity solutions using Golang, C#, and Python.
  • Write scalable, secure, high-quality code for approximately 50% of the role.
  • Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop engineering talent.
  • Lead code reviews, technical mentorship, and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, security researchers, and stakeholders to define and deliver features.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and the technical roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software development experience with expertise in Golang or C#.
  • 1–2 years of experience leading a team or mentoring developers.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing engineering talent.
  • Experience with secure coding practices and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Ability to work in Ramat Gan, Israel.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity principles.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
