What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team while maintaining a high-performance, service-oriented culture.
- Manage global IT assets, including systems, laptops, licenses, networks, cloud applications, and meeting rooms.
- Administer Windows endpoints through Microsoft Intune, covering configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Run an efficient help desk and collaborate with Procurement, Operations, DevOps, and Security teams.
- Monitor enterprise network performance and manage Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VLANs, access points, switches, and firewalls.
- Lead systems implementation, integration, and access-policy projects from planning through production.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on IT experience in a corporate or enterprise environment, preferably in a large or global organization.
- Experience in IT leadership, mentoring IT professionals, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune for endpoint provisioning, policy management, software deployment, and compliance enforcement.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure-based identity and access services, enterprise applications, and SSO protocols including SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
- Advanced enterprise network management experience across Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VLANs, access points, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience administering AI platforms and managing tools such as Microsoft 365, JIRA, Salesforce, Teams, and Cloudflare ZTNA.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Mac devices.
- Familiarity with video-conferencing room setup and management.
