Infrastructure Team Leader (AI)

hirify.global builds enterprise software infrastructure for capturing, managing, refining, protecting, and analyzing massive datasets for AI training, inference, and real-time data workloads across data centers, edge environments, and cloud.

What you will do

• Lead a team of 5–7 software engineers.
• Design, build, and maintain development tools and infrastructure for the R&D organization.
• Build and support QA test infrastructure, a full-stack bug investigation portal, and VM orchestration capabilities.
• Maintain and develop APIs and interfaces for the storage product and cloud providers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve R&D productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Python development experience with object-oriented programming.
• 2+ years of experience working with Linux.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong skills in technical design, coding, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking.
• Ability to own feature development end to end and deliver independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with networking, storage, virtualization, Docker, Git, HTTP, and REST.
