What you will do

  • Lead a team of 5-7 talented Software Engineers.
  • Design, build and set up development tools and infrastructure for R&D teams.
  • Maintain and develop APIs and interfaces for the company storage product.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve productivity across R&D.
  • Work with diverse technologies including Docker, Git, and Python.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Python development experience.
  • 2+ years experience on Linux platform.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading teams.
  • Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead feature development independently.
