IFE & Cabin Connectivity In-Service Support Engineer (Aeronautics)

Location: Toulouse, France; the role includes stand-by activity and worldwide travel for on-site airline support.

What you will do

• Provide engineering support for airline queries and daily operational issues.
• Deliver immediate Aircraft On Ground troubleshooting and participate in global stand-by activities.
• Identify and resolve in-service airworthiness issues through root cause analysis with Engineering and Programs.
• Support operator readiness through airline training, Entry Into Service activities, and worldwide on-site deployment.
• Feed operational Return on Experience back to design teams to improve product maturity and reliability.
• Communicate solutions clearly to airlines during daily operational issues and crisis situations.

Requirements

• Advanced aeronautical engineering background, such as a five-year engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience with ATA 23, ATA 44, or ATA 46 domains.
• Deep knowledge of In-Flight Entertainment and high-bandwidth aircraft connectivity architectures.
• End-to-end understanding of airline digital and connected operations.
• Ability to diagnose complex airborne hardware and software issues and perform airworthiness assessments.
• Experience designing or using Splunk dashboards and Skywise tools, plus the ability to prepare and deliver technical training.
