BI Specialist (Power BI/SQL)

What you will do

• Maintain and improve SQL databases, including tables, stored procedures, scheduled jobs, and user access.
• Load, clean, and transform data from SAP Business Warehouse and other sources for reporting.
• Build and enhance Power BI reports, data views, and practical tools for business users.
• Investigate data, system, and reporting issues while supporting technical and non-technical users.
• Update data structures and reporting when teams, processes, or business requirements change.
• Automate manual work and improve the accuracy, reliability, and usability of BI solutions.

Requirements

• Practical experience querying, organising, and transforming data with SQL.
• Experience creating reports or dashboards in Power BI or a similar data visualisation tool.
• Logical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on data quality.
• Clear communication skills and confidence supporting technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools and ways of working.
• Availability to work part time from the Weybridge office in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SAP Business Warehouse, Python, Power Platform, Databricks, GitHub, or Visual Basic.
• Experience creating SQL tables or stored procedures.
