What you will do
- Own and manage programme and contract performance reporting across operational and executive requirements.
- Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and data models using data from multiple sources.
- Produce flash, weekly, monthly and period-end reporting, analysing trends, risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Work with project teams, PMO functions, system owners and clients to define reporting requirements and establish efficient data flows.
- Manage reporting governance, including request, issue and enhancement logs, reporting procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Administer report access, user permissions and audience roles, while supporting data quality reviews and intensive reporting during critical programme periods.
Requirements
- Advanced Power BI development skills, including Power Query, DAX, data modelling and dashboard design.
- Proven experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards and data models.
- Experience manipulating and analysing complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Experience managing reporting requests, issues and enhancement logs, including data access and permissions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience delivering reporting solutions in a programme, portfolio or operational environment.
Nice to have
- Power BI certification or formal training.
- Qualifications in Data Analytics, Information Management, Business Intelligence or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of project controls, programme management, PMO disciplines and reporting governance.
- Experience in construction, energy, utilities, infrastructure or other regulated sectors.
- Experience supporting large-scale programmes and working with complex multi-source datasets.
