Data & Strategy Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in the London office; work abroad scheme available.

What you will do

• Build and maintain KPI frameworks with clear definitions and a consistent source of truth for Supply Chain Delivery and Customer Excellence teams.
• Build Looker dashboards and explores covering transactional revenue, contractor supply and performance, and client health.
• Develop predictive workflows, leading-indicator alerts and actionable processes for contractor capacity, client risk and job-volume changes.
• Identify and size growth opportunities across clients, services, regions and supply gaps, then provide recommendations and next steps.
• Deliver commercial and strategic analysis for business cases, leadership and board materials, client reviews and commercial decisions.
• Translate business data needs into clear requirements for Data Engineering and use AI to accelerate accurate data exploration and analysis.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in data, business intelligence, commercial analysis or strategy analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, including building dashboards and explores from modelled data; Looker is preferred.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into relevant metrics and actionable analysis.
• Experience using insights to redesign processes, shape decisions or unlock revenue.
• Confidence working with operational teams and senior leadership, managing priorities and challenging requests.
• Clear communication skills, strong data storytelling and the ability to manage requests from multiple teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, property or housing businesses.
• Background in strategy, consulting or operations-focused roles.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, ARPU and NPS, as well as transactional or marketplace metrics such as GMV, take rate, conversion and supply/demand balance.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
