IT VIP Support On-site Engineer

What you will do

• Provide basic technical support for infrastructure services and respond to user issues.
• Assist with infrastructure projects, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support daily infrastructure operations and work with the technical team to address infrastructure needs.
• Maintain incident logs, records, and other infrastructure documentation.
• Follow established best practices and standards for infrastructure service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 3+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
• Experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Data analysis proficiency and a basic understanding of technical concepts.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• CompTIA A+, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals certification.
