Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with the possibility of working from home 2 days per week

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to frame questions, lead data projects from scoping through delivery, and turn analysis into recommendations.
• Define and maintain KPIs, investigate edge cases, document data logic, and protect data quality.
• Build and maintain Metabase dashboards and executive reports as reliable data products.
• Turn improvement ideas into structured projects with clear scope, plans, and ownership.
• Harmonize dashboard lifecycles, KPI validation, data catalog maintenance, and documentation across the data team.
• Drive AI adoption, Metabase training, and data onboarding to improve data autonomy across hirify.global.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics and close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Fluent SQL skills and experience with a BI tool such as Metabase.
• Experience leading the adoption of standards or processes across a team without direct authority.
• Strong project follow-through, pragmatic process design, and the ability to handle sensitive data responsibly.
• Experience sharing knowledge through training, documentation, onboarding, or enablement.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt or building data marts.
• Experience with data catalogs, KPI governance, or dashboard lifecycle initiatives.
