What you will do
- Build reporting and analytics for the deposits portfolio, covering volumes, structure, and changes over time.
- Define product metric trees, funnels, and retention analyses.
- Monitor portfolio liquidity and concentration.
- Forecast depositor churn and identify the drivers behind it.
- Conduct customer segmentation, ad-hoc research, and unit-economics analysis.
- Turn findings into clear recommendations for the product team.
Requirements
- Practical SQL experience with window functions, CTEs, and complex joins.
- Strong statistical foundation and the ability to investigate a question from formulation through conclusion.
- English at B1 level or above for written communication, documentation, and calls.
- Strong analytical judgment; demonstrated maturity is valued more than years of experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks or Spark SQL.
- Experience with dbt, Python, or Tableau dashboards.
- Background in fintech or banking.
