Middle Product Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Analyze product metrics, monitor performance, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to define, document, and track requirements for recurring payments and QR code products.
• Develop use cases, functional flows, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
• Participate in discovery sessions and requirements gathering with business, technology, and UX teams.
• Conduct market benchmarking and propose product improvement opportunities.
• Support testing, validation, development, and QA activities throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree or advanced studies in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in functional analysis, product analysis, digital products, fintech, or banking.
• Knowledge of advanced Excel, basic SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI, or similar analytics and tracking tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Intermediate English required for reading and understanding technical documentation.
