TL;DR
Lead Data Analyst (Fintech): Leading analytics across chat conversion, retention, AI-powered conversational experiences, and operations with an accent on KPI frameworks, funnel analysis, lifecycle behavior, and stakeholder decision-making. Focus on building scalable dashboards, identifying friction and root causes, guiding analytical teams, and turning ambiguous business questions into experiments and measurable outcomes.
Location: Bogotá; currently fully remote, with a future transition to a hybrid setup centered on hubs in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo.

What you will do
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary analytics team supporting Chat, Retention, AI, and Operations.
- Set the analytical roadmap and map KPIs, business drivers, and relationships across the customer lifecycle.
- Analyze conversion funnels, user retention, lifecycle behavior, and friction points across geographies.
- Develop analytics for AI-powered conversational experiences, including failure points, funnel metrics, and customer impact.
- Build scalable dashboards, frameworks, and tools using product analytics and BI platforms.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Growth, Fintech, AI, and leadership stakeholders to drive experiments and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, retention, experimentation, and behavioral analytics.
- Experience managing and developing analytical teams, influencing stakeholders, and communicating with technical and senior leadership audiences.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar, plus BI and visualization tools.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with experimentation and causal inference.
- Experience with AI/LLM products or conversational analytics.
- Experience in fintech, conversational products, or high-growth environments.
