Head of Security (Defense)

What you will do

• Lead the security function and develop the Business Unit's security strategy and capabilities.
• Ensure that security, risk management, and compliance support business objectives and operational processes.
• Advise senior management on security, risk, resilience, and crisis preparedness.
• Develop security governance, processes, ways of working, and organizational security culture.
• Lead security initiatives, transformation efforts, and continuous improvement programs.
• Represent the Business Unit in security forums and engage with customers, partners, and authorities.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in senior security, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Proven leadership experience and a record of driving development and change in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of integrating security into business governance and operational processes.
• Experience with strategic initiatives, change management, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for security-cleared positions.
