IT Support & Automation Specialist (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the Warsaw office

A Warsaw-based furniture technology company creates made-to-order storage products by combining bespoke design, software, local craftsmanship, and sustainable production.

What you will do

• Own complex L2 issues across hardware, software, networks, devices, and user access.
• Provide backup for L1 support and handle everyday requests when needed.
• Design and build automations and integrations with n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, webhooks, and scripts.
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and de-provisioning workflows.
• Analyse recurring support requests, identify root causes, and create self-service solutions and knowledge bases.
• Administer and secure SaaS applications, including accounts, licences, permissions, identity, access, and devices; explore practical AI-powered automation use cases.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with L1 and L2 IT support for users, devices, and access.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, VPN, Wi-Fi, and networks.
• Administrative experience with SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Atlassian, and Slack.
• Experience building automations with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools, plus working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations.
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell or Python and experience designing self-service processes or user-facing knowledge bases.
• Fluent Polish and English at least at B2 level are required; working from the Warsaw office 3 days per week is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM-based workflows, AI agents, or reusable AI solutions.
• Knowledge of identity and access management.
• Python or JavaScript skills beyond the basics.
• Experience measuring automation impact and building reusable prompts, workflows, skills, or automations.
