On-Site IT Partner (Microsoft Azure/Power Apps)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; primarily based in the Warsaw office with occasional remote work

What you will do

• Provide professional onsite IT support to local colleagues and act as the link between central IT stakeholders and the Warsaw office.
• Plan and manage IT installations, upgrades, local rebuilds, maintenance, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Resolve, prioritize, and escalate support issues in cooperation with the global helpdesk.
• Set up technical equipment and provide training for onsite support staff and new hires.
• Support continuous improvements through IT service management, projects, service ownership, and digital workplace initiatives.
• Manage onsite IT security and relationships with vendors, contractors, service providers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of software, hardware, IP networks, voice communication, and IT service management.
• Knowledge of information security, data privacy, risk assessment, technology standards, and project management methods.
• Very good knowledge of Office 365 and good knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft Azure, and Power Apps.
• Experience managing vendors and service providers, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• English and Polish are required.
• Service-minded approach with a focus on end-user needs and business operations.

Nice to have

• Experience working in IT and within global organizations.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps platforms.
• Experience with artificial intelligence and prompt formulation.
