TL;DR
Scrum Master (Agile Delivery): Facilitating Disciplined Agile Delivery across multiple software teams with an accent on Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, delivery coordination, and agile coaching. Focus on removing impediments, tracking velocity and delivery metrics, coordinating cross-functional milestones, and communicating project risks and dependencies.
Location: Lisburn, United Kingdom; hybrid working.

What you will do
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple teams, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate Scrum of Scrums, cross-functional meetings, release management, and Disciplined Agile Delivery processes.
- Coach teams, Product Managers, and Product Owners on agile principles, practices, behaviours, backlogs, and refinement.
- Identify impediments, monitor sprint execution, and support delivery against product and project commitments.
- Use delivery metrics to track velocity, support forecasting, and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to the Programme Manager and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing software projects as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, and the software development life cycle.
- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Working knowledge of project management and excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent written and verbal English required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Scrum, SAFe, or Disciplined Agile Delivery environments.
- Experience across multiple concurrent projects and geographically distributed teams.
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, or SaaS products.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
- Formal project management training such as PMI, PMP, or APM.
