Legal Engineer

TL;DR

Legal Engineer (Product Management): Supporting in-house legal teams to maximize the use of an AI-native legal platform with an accent on client relationship management, product adoption, and legal operations. Focus on delivering product demos, training, and shaping product development through user insights.

What you will do

• Act as a thought partner to General Counsels and Legal Operations leaders, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to scale platform use.
• Own client relationships from pilot phases to department-wide adoption alongside Go To Market and Customer Success teams.
• Represent in-house users internally to inform product development and strategic direction.
• Deliver product demos and training to diverse legal and business audiences.
• Document best practices and contribute to scalable playbooks for global growth.
• Help legal teams navigate AI-driven shifts in contract management and compliance.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required
• Experience in in-house legal teams or corporate legal departments, ideally with legal operations or technology implementation exposure.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy, comfortable discussing generative AI and technology innovation.
• Strong communication skills across legal, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and bring structure to ambiguity.
• Understanding of commercial realities in in-house legal environments.
