Location: Offices in Geneva, Zurich, Prague, Barcelona, Paris, London, Vilnius, Skopje, and Taipei. You can also enjoy working from home up to 30% of the time, while enjoying great company during our three core days in the office.

What you will do

• Work with senior leadership to define a strategic vision and roadmap for the B2B ecosystem.
• Drive product innovation and develop game-changing product features that expand our value proposition to new user segments.
• Define success metrics in terms of adoption, activation, and retention.
• Lead collaboration between product, engineering, growth, and marketing teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Anticipate growth ceilings and define scaling strategies.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS, preferably in security and/or productivity contexts.
• Proven track record in successful product launches in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic leader with an analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Strong empathy for the customer and a user-centric mindset.
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• Technical background (ideally a Computer Science degree with specialization in Security).
