Senior Analyst, Inventory Planning

What you will do

• Generate demand forecasts and manage inventory plans for service parts and accessories across North America.
• Validate inbound and outbound forecasting processes and resolve system validation errors.
• Analyze lead times, forecast errors, demand variability, and safety stock levels to identify performance gaps.
• Develop inventory simulation models and provide impact analysis for business objectives and cyclic actions.
• Support inventory obsolescence root-cause analysis, countermeasures, cost management, and customer service improvements.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects, Kaizen initiatives, and crisis recovery for abnormal inventory conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of planning, SPO supply operations, or related experience.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques including time series, regression, distributions, and statistical testing.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and analyzing supply-chain performance data.
• Experience with data visualization and manipulation tools such as Alteryx, KNIME, Power BI, SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
• Must have United States work authorization without current or future hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Completed JKK and TBP through panel.
• Knowledge of hirify.global enterprise and data systems, including TPNA, APS, NDW, VDW, TALON, or WMS.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques such as clustering, decision trees, or artificial neural networks.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
