3rd Shift - Manager, Operations Management (Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, SGP; onsite third-shift manufacturing role

What you will do

• Supervise, motivate, develop, and train production employees while assigning work and setting priorities.
• Coordinate production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and material requirements.
• Lead operational and milestone meetings, communicate manufacturing issues, and track performance metrics including cycle time.
• Respond to operations issues affecting customer satisfaction and coordinate conformance to customer and vendor requirements.
• Optimize production capacity and improve manufacturing processes through data analysis, Lean practices, corrective actions, and quality initiatives.
• Maintain department safety compliance, training records, and employee development, performance management, hiring, rewards, and discipline processes.

Requirements

• Experience providing direction to production employees under established policies and management guidance.
• Ability to analyze operational data, evaluate relevant factors, and make decisions within defined procedures.
• Ability to present technical information, schedules, and project details while gaining cooperation from others.
• Ability to work in manufacturing conditions involving extended standing, walking, tight spaces, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, noise, and hand or power tools.
• Ability to use required clean-room personal protective equipment, including coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.
