GTM Recruiter (Defense and Aerospace)

hirify.global is an air-defense company building AI-guided interceptors for drones and cruise missiles, along with the software platform that powers them. Its customers include NATO-aligned militaries and defense institutions.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for go-to-market teams, primarily sales and business development.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across international defense and aerospace markets.
• Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates through hands-on headhunting.
• Partner with sales leaders and hiring managers to define requirements and hiring priorities.
• Manage recruitment from outreach through offer negotiation while improving speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Track recruitment KPIs and improve sourcing strategies, interview processes, employer branding, and talent networks.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, combining agency, executive search, or in-house experience.
• Strong experience recruiting sales and business development profiles in the defense and/or aerospace industries.
• Established understanding of defense and aerospace talent markets.
• Hands-on sourcing, headhunting, stakeholder management, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment, ideally as an early talent acquisition hire.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
