What you will do

• Manage, coach, and develop three Tech Talent Acquisition Managers while building a collaborative, accountable team environment.
• Define the Tech recruitment strategy and translate workforce plans into clear hiring roadmaps, priorities, and resource allocations.
• Partner with R&D leaders and Hiring Managers on target profiles, assessment criteria, hiring timelines, pipeline health, and recruitment risks.
• Own selected strategic, senior, and complex searches, including sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Improve recruitment workflows, tools, interviewer training, talent mapping, candidate experience, and Tech employer branding.
• Track recruitment metrics such as conversion rates, time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and source effectiveness.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Tech Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-growing and international environment.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and developing a Talent Acquisition team.
• Ability to translate hiring plans into recruitment strategies and priorities.
• Confidence advising, influencing, and challenging senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience managing strategic or complex searches and supporting offer closing.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring quality and candidate experience.
