Tech Talent Acquisition Intern / Apprentice

What you will do

• Support sourcing for Engineering and Product roles through LinkedIn, relevant communities, and other channels.
• Write personalised outreach, build talent pools, track response rates, and maintain candidate follow-ups.
• Review applications, participate in hiring discussions, and gradually conduct initial interviews with coaching.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process and help them understand relevant opportunities.
• Contribute to or lead a project in employer branding, campus programmes, recruitment improvements, or AI recruitment tools.

Requirements

• Final-year internship or apprenticeship required as part of current studies.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication required.
• Strong interest in recruitment, technology, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Interest in AI and its practical applications in recruitment workflows.
• Curiosity, initiative, organisation, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Previous recruitment, project coordination, or student organisation experience is welcome but not required.
