Senior Technical Recruiter (Gaming)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid with 3 days per week onsite

What you will do

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for Engineering & Data roles across gaming and new app launches.
• Source, engage, maintain, and close candidate pipelines, including passive technical talent.
• Partner with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategies.
• Conduct intake meetings using knowledge of the technical talent market.
• Provide consistent communication and a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Improve recruiting processes and metrics with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Passion and expertise in technology and product hiring.
• Experience with fast-paced startup or scaleup environments.
• Strong business-partnership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, curious, rigorous, and business-oriented approach.
• Fluent English and French required.
