Logistics Specialist (Gas Turbines)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Malaysia; onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Support day-to-day supply chain management activities across procurement, material planning, inventory, and distribution.
• Enter and maintain operational data in supply chain application systems.
• Collect, analyze, and report supply chain performance data.
• Support process improvement by documenting workflows, monitoring bottlenecks, and identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Assist with import, export, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and transportation coordination.
• Track shipments and invoices, support freight cost calculations, and help resolve delivery issues.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience is desired.
• Working knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, transportation, and import/export processes.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and evaluation of alternative solutions.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail when processing large quantities of information.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur five days a week.
