Ramp/NPI Process Engineer - Dry / Wet Etch

Location: Woodlands, Singapore. The role requires factory-side execution and travel between Southeast Asia and the USA, approximately 30% of the time; the posting also states 50% travel. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Review existing R&D processes and transfer process knowledge to the pilot production line.
• Create comprehensive checklists for transferring processes and materials.
• Coordinate with R&D, production process, integration, operations, and hardware teams to meet HVM launch timelines.
• Track schedules, deliverables, risks, technology-transfer milestones, and production readiness.
• Coordinate training with R&D transfer engineers.
• Support tool and process qualifications at the HVM site.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards, especially dry etch and wet etch.
• Experience or discipline in transferring processes to a pilot production line.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones with remote teams and support factory-side execution.
• Strong ownership of deliverables and ability to drive them to completion.
• Flexibility to travel between Southeast Asia and the USA; travel is required.
• More relevant experience may be considered for a Senior or Principal equivalent role.
