AVP, AI Enterprise Architecture

Base salary: $133,500–$274,100 per year

What you will do

• Define and evolve enterprise AI architecture strategy, standards, reference architectures, reusable patterns, and platform roadmaps.
• Design scalable, modular, secure, primarily cloud-based agentic AI solutions and enterprise platforms.
• Represent enterprise architecture in AI governance committees and lead architecture governance, compliance, quality, and standards adoption.
• Evaluate foundation models, cloud AI services, emerging technologies, and platforms based on business fit, cost, and long-term value.
• Partner with business, product, technology, data, risk, legal, and compliance teams to translate strategy into responsible AI execution.
• Establish AI deployment, monitoring, model risk, performance, drift, and continuous-improvement frameworks while mentoring architects and technical leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of enterprise architecture experience, including significant experience designing and implementing enterprise AI/ML platforms and solutions.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, AWS or comparable cloud AI services, and modern data technologies.
• Experience with foundation models, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, agentic AI patterns, AI governance, and regulatory considerations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean delivery, CI/CD, MLOps, enterprise architecture modeling, and complex software systems.
• Strong strategic, analytical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills across complex organizations.
