Senior IT Technical Lead (Boomi)

Location: Remote, United States; listed sites include Deerfield, Illinois and Moselle, Mississippi.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base salary annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own roadmaps, configuration, releases, security, documentation, health, and continuous improvement for inRiver PIM, Bynder DAM, and Boomi.
• Design end-to-end integrations across PIM, DAM, CRM, commerce, web, analytics, and ERP systems.
• Build, test, and deploy Boomi processes with reusable components, monitoring, logging, alerting, and exception handling.
• Define product and digital-asset master-data strategy, taxonomies, governance, stewardship, and data-quality standards.
• Lead technology projects from requirements and estimation through testing, cutover, hypercare, budget, and backlog prioritization.
• Manage vendors and implementation partners while providing technical leadership, documentation, mentoring, and executive communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of enterprise IT experience, including 3+ years in a senior, lead, or architect-level role.
• Hands-on ownership of PIM and/or DAM platforms and integration development on an iPaaS platform; inRiver, Bynder, and Boomi are strongly preferred.
• Experience integrating CRM, eCommerce, content or DXP, order management, and ERP systems, including Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, taxonomy design, governance, stewardship, data quality, APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, data transformation, and SQL.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing delivery, budgets, risks, stakeholders, vendors, SOWs, SLAs, licensing, and renewals.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or certifications in inRiver, Bynder, Boomi, PMP, Agile/Scrum, TOGAF, or ITIL.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, multi-brand product companies, or acquisition integration environments.
• Experience with Adobe Commerce, Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, Power BI, Salesforce, and product-data syndication.
