Senior Director, Global Business Operations (AI)

Location: Remote role based in Burbank, California, United States

Salary: $248,700–$341,250 per year, with potential bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Lead GTM and Operations transformation strategies and initiatives focused on scale, efficiency, and AI-driven solutions.
• Represent Global Business Operations and the field on AI quoting, AI funnel management, unified seller experience, and sales operations programs.
• Lead the Sales Operations RFP and AI ticket resolution programs.
• Drive NPI business process improvements and field adoption of transformed capabilities.
• Improve quote-to-cash processes and operational systems, tools, and workflows across GTM functions.
• Partner with Sales, IT, GTM, and cross-functional leadership teams to deliver program outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in GTM operations, field-facing partnership roles, business process redesign, and large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Strong expertise in GTM functions, processes, tools, and emerging AI applications in business operations.
• Ability to independently lead, influence, and align cross-functional leadership and operational teams.
• Experience managing global and matrixed teams.
• Strong operational rigor and change management expertise.
