About the Role

You will own the growth approach for user activation and productivity. You will lead the self-serve offering, pricing and packaging, product roadmaps, customer and data research, feature delivery, and scalable product processes across engineering, research, marketing, operations, and deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product and engineering experience
• Developer tools background or at least one year of engineering experience
• Experience leading growth teams in an enterprise context
• Technical product-development expertise
• Product-launch experience
• Knowledge of AI coding agents and model capabilities
• Ability to work in high-ambiguity environments
• Availability to work in the San Francisco office five days per week

Responsibilities

• Define and improve the user activation metric
• Increase user activation and productivity
• Own the self-serve product offering, pricing, packaging, and success evaluation
• Own roadmaps across multiple major product areas
• Use customer feedback and data to identify pain points and product improvements
• Partner with engineering and research to ship AI-powered development features
• Build scalable product frameworks and processes
