Product Manager, Scale (AI): Building enterprise capabilities for governing, measuring, and scaling AI-powered software development with an accent on developer tools, organizational knowledge, and executive visibility. Location: San Francisco, CA; office-based 5 days a week

What you will do
- Own the roadmap for multiple major product areas focused on scaling AI-powered software development in large enterprises.
- Define capabilities for AI governance, cost control, token ROI measurement, auditability, and operational visibility.
- Help customers codify organizational knowledge, rules, and best practices into the Factory platform.
- Partner with engineering and research to design and ship complex technical products and keep Factory at the frontier of AI-powered development.
- Work with customers, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Deployment teams to translate field feedback into product improvements.
- Own the Enterprise NDR metric and build product frameworks and processes that scale with the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience spanning product and engineering roles, including a deep developer tools background or at least one year in an engineering role.
- Deep understanding of the needs of large enterprises deploying developer tools across their organizations.
- Experience working with executive buyers at large organizations.
- Strong technical foundation and experience partnering with engineering teams to design, build, and ship complex technical products.
- Proven ability to lead product launches from concept through release with meaningful user adoption or commercial impact.
- Hands-on engagement with coding agents, model capabilities, and emerging AI industry trends, plus the ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
