About the Role

You will establish and lead customer marketing programs. You will create customer evidence, build an advisory board, secure customer speakers, support a customer conference, activate enterprise customers, partner with Sales, and hire a case-study and content lead.

Requirements

• Customer marketing, customer advocacy, or customer-program leadership
• Experience building customer-marketing programs
• People management and hiring experience or readiness
• Enterprise sales experience
• Customer evidence production
• Sales partnership
• Knowledge of technical audiences
• Judgment and discretion with customer relationships
• Availability to work in the San Francisco office five days per week

Responsibilities

• Build customer case studies, stories, testimonials, videos, and proof points
• Build and run the customer advisory board
• Recruit and support customers as speakers for events, conferences, podcasts, and webinars
• Own customer participation for the customer conference
• Activate large enterprise customers
• Build mechanisms for Sales to obtain references, stories, and speakers
• Feed customer insights into positioning, narrative, and product
• Hire and manage a case-study and content lead
• Measure customer-marketing impact
