Salary: $143,398–$197,171.50 per year

What you will do

• Lead a single program, Integrated Product Team, or portfolio valued at less than $100M.
• Own program cost, schedule, technical performance, budgets, resource management, and contractual execution.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, reports, and stakeholder presentations.
• Analyze financial and performance metrics, manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, supply chain, operations, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Lead management reviews, develop Learning & Development programs, and mentor junior managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of experience.
• 8+ years of related experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of program planning, execution, resource management, budgets, schedules, and performance objectives.
• Experience leading management reviews, interfacing with financial teams, and reporting organizational KPIs.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpretation of complex data.
• Ability to manage programs with limited oversight, lead complex strategies, and mentor junior managers.

Nice to have

• Senior-level project management certification such as PfMP.
• Agile, Lean Six Sigma, risk management, contract management, or negotiation experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Understanding of software development life cycle, systems engineering, supply chain management, and logistics.
• Experience with root cause analysis, technical writing, and corrective actions.
