What you will do

• Support Microsoft platform architecture and governance for a federal Data Analytics and Business Intelligence platform.
• Support the full lifecycle of a modernization IT project from planning and ideation through deployment and implementation.
• Facilitate weekly working group meetings with senior Federal staff and coordinate progress across stakeholders.
• Build relationships with federal stakeholders and resolve blockers across cross-functional teams.
• Maintain the modernization roadmap and manage project schedules, resources, risks, priorities, and activities.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of IT experience focused on Microsoft Power Platform development and administration.
• Hands-on experience designing complex Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps and advanced Power Automate cloud flows.
• Experience managing Power Platform environments, implementing DLP policies, and monitoring tenant capacity and usage.
• Understanding of Power Platform architecture in federal cloud environments, including GCC and GCC High, plus governance and security baselines.
• Knowledge of ALM and SDLC practices, including solutions management, environment variables, and connection references.

Nice to have

• Experience with IT modernization projects and migrations from legacy applications such as InfoPath and SharePoint Designer workflows.
• Deep Microsoft 365 integration experience, especially with SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, relational data modeling, and security roles.
• Interest in Power Platform AI Builder or Copilot Studio within a federal framework.
